The death of a carnival worker Wednesday evening at the Southwest Fair grounds in Dilkon, Arizona, has been determined to be a suicide, according to the Navajo County Sheriff’s Office.
William Christiansen, 21, of Utah, was found hanging by his neck in the trailer he shared with other carnival workers at about 7 p.m. Wednesday, Navajo County Chief Deputy Jim Molesa said.
Molesa said there were no signs of foul play.
